The New Jubilee Child Development Center is a 501(c)3 Not-for-Profit, Religious Exemption organization, established in 2004, Exemption Certified/Licensed by the Department of Social Services, Richmond, VA, and is affiliated with the New Canaan International Church.
We are pleased that you have shown an interest in the New Jubilee
Child Development Center (NJCDC). Choosing the right child
development center is a major decision. Parents want the best for
their children and with so many factors to take into consideration,
sometimes it can be hard to tell which program will offer the best care.
At New Jubilee, we want to take the worry out of making the right
choice. That's why New Jubilee has gone the extra mile to develop
comprehensive child development and child care programs that also
offers maximum flexibility and value. Our programs are biblically-based. We believe that "children are a heritage of the Lord," and we take seriously the trust that is placed with us, to provide programs
that are responsive both to the child and to the family. NJCDC provide a number of programs that strive to meet the needs of children from infant care through after-school age care. Education, spiritual development and emotional maturity for our students have been a primary focus within New Jubilee and has been a high priority for almost 6 years!
At New Jubilee Child Development Center, we believe that the ministry of early childhood education is a natural extension of our commitment to "Sharing the Commitment and Love of Christ."

Our Mission...
New Jubilee is dedicated to the philosophy that every child in our
care is unique and special. Through the guidance of our professionally, qualified instructors, children are encouraged to grow and develop through age appropriate activities and curriculum. We value and respect the important role parents play in their child's education.
We believe that children learn best through play; that is why our program is developed around theme-based curriculum that encourages children to express themselves in the areas of education, social, physical, emotional and spiritual. Our Programs...Our Infant Program: Love, Trust and Care!
Your baby's first year of life is an amazing time, filled with discovery
and enormous growth. New Jubilee's Infant Program will put your mind at ease. We will take care of your baby's needs. We will
stimulate your baby's cognitive, emotional and physical development.
Our daily schedule promotes language development through the use
of books, songs and other activities. Relatives to mathematics, teachers provide hands-on activities that will allow your infant child
to explore rythms and understand that each action causes a reaction.
It is the kind of infant care environment where your child can learn
best and flourish.
Our teachers will provide your infant with daily activities that promote sensory development through toys that make soft and loud noises, toys that offer different textures such as soft and cuddly opposed to hard or bumpy surfaces and a lot of other objects.
Our curriculum also includes music, art and "Exploring Your World" experiences.
 
Our Toddler Program Learn and Develop through Exploration and Exercise
Our staff recognizes that your toddler is asserting his/her
independence in new ways every day. The Toddler Program
at New Jubilee is uniquely designed to meet the needs of your child,
no matter where he/she is in his/her development.
Our Pre-School Programs
Small groups, in age appropriate classrooms, age 3 –5 years. Emphasis on quality, process and end results, fostering a sense of accomplishment.
Our long term goal of Early Preschool is to prepare your child as he/she begins the journey that will eventually lead him/her into kindergarten and beyond as a successful lifelong learner. In the
interim, our early preschool instructors focus on preparing your
child for the next level of curriculum. Your child will acquire a full breadth of developmental skills necessary to successfuly enter kindergarten eager and ready to learn.
Learning Objectives
Our curricula are based on age-appropriate learning objectives, which are used to create themes and lesson plans. Each curriculum offers teachers hundreds of activities to choose from, each of which is tied to a specific learning objective. Your child will not only make the developmental progress necessary for a successful transition to kindergarten, she'll love the activities that get her there.
Age-Appropriate Curricula
Each of our programs has its own curriculum designed to keep your child on the right pace for her development, as well as prepare her
for the next stage.
Our Infant Program uses today's premier curriculum for infants, Learning Curriculum Our Learning Curriculum is designed to foster positive relationships and aid in the growth and development of infants during the important first year of life. It was painstakingly designed to build fine and gross motor skills, receptive and expressive language, relations with self, peers and adults, and intellectual curiosity.
Our Two's Program features 26 two-week units, each with its own interesting theme - such as Please and Thank you, Let's Go to the Zoo, and Farm and City - to keep your child engaged in a progression of learning throughout the year. Lesson plans and activities are based on each child's progression toward developmental milestones.
The Early Preschool (EPS) and Preschool curricula: Each features more than 70 Learning Objectives and includes 26 themed units. EPS gives teachers over 100 different learning activities to choose from, while the Preschool curriculum offers over 200. Each activity is tied to specific Learning Objectives, which promote development of language and communication, cognitive skills, creativity, physical ability, and personal and social skills.
Our Pre-Kindergarten Program curricula: Pre-K curriculum authored by the New Jubilee Child Development Center which focuses on writing, math, science and social development. This ensures your child will cover all the necessary readiness standards
to successfully and confidently enter kindergarten in the fall.
School Age curricula-- After School Programs
This unique program offers fun and meaningful ways for your child to develop positive character traits, which will lead to a lifetime of success. The program has over 250 character development activities and areas of focus. A different character trait is reviewed each month
of the school year:

Extended Evening After Care Program - from 6:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m (Midnight)
New Jubilee gladly responded to the needs of many of our parents.
New Jubilee has now designed an Extended Evening Hours Program (after hours) for those parents who are required to work or attend classes during the late evening hours. Each child will receive a light dinner, fun activities, and a safe, warm and caring environment to
rest until the parent arrives to pick him/her up.
Summer S.L.A.M. Day & Sport Camps...
Each year New Jubilee provides a Day & Sports Camp for our youth
ages 5-12 years. New Jubilee respond to the concerns of safety
matters for your child during the summer months. We have planned
a great summer for your child. Sports Activities include. Strategically planned exciting and discovery field trips.
Plus, Hiking, Tennis, Basketball, Kick Ball, Soccer, Swimming Programs.
The Children "Feel Better" Health Program
New Jubilee's "Feel Better" health care program is for children with
mild illnesses, and a parents saving grace. Our Feel Better program offers a separate area for children who do not feel very well, but with prayer and care, will feel better. A medical professional is on staff to oversee and care for your child who arrives at New Jubilee
not feeling well. Request more information regarding our programs.
